SERVICE & GUARANTEE

Apart from the product liability and the corresponding insurance, Spyder Wheelz has also set up its Service and Warranty support in the Netherlands. You can find our Spyder Wheelz service points at more than 13 locations across the whole of the Netherlands. With our mobility guarantee, we provide replacement transport in every province of the Netherlands, if required.

New scooters or mopeds come with a one-year guarantee as standard. The guarantee applies only to manufacturing defects and not to parts subject to wear and tear. The factory guarantee applies to the materials (components) only, not to the labour costs. Transport such as our collection and delivery service is also not covered by this guarantee.
